Salon Policy

Our policy is designed to protect both our clients and our salon while ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario, Canada.

01 Service Policy

To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you:

  • Inform our staff prior to your service if you have any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns related to products or chemicals used during your treatment.
  • Provide feedback during your service so adjustments can be made immediately to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Notify your technician or salon manager right away if you have any concerns regarding the service, staff, or salon environment.
  • Inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort, irritation, infection, or unusual reaction related to your nails or skin.

Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining the appearance, durability, and health of your nail services.

02 Guarantee (Redo) Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work.

Nail Enhancements & Gel Services

This includes acrylic, bio gel, dip powder, builder gel, hard gel, extensions, gel polish manicures, and gel polish pedicures.

These services are covered by a 7-day guarantee from your original appointment date for issues related to application, such as:

  • Lifting
  • Chipping
  • Gel peeling
  • Structural defects from application

Repair Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to report any concerns.
  • Complimentary repairs must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
  • After 7 days, repairs are subject to regular service charges.
  • Breakage due to accidents, trauma, improper use, or lack of aftercare is not covered.
  • Regular (non-gel) nail polish services are not covered by this guarantee.

03 Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed and approved by the client before leaving the salon. Once you leave the salon, it is considered that you have accepted and are satisfied with the service provided.

If You Are Unsatisfied

If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before payment or before leaving the salon. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the concern, which may include:

  • Adjustments or corrections
  • Nail repairs
  • Removal and redo of the service if appropriate

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Personal preference differences after approval
  • Concerns reported after leaving without giving us an opportunity to correct the issue

04 Appointment Policy

Booking

Appointments may be booked by phone, online, or in person. We do not require deposits or full payment in advance — payment is collected only after services are completed.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may:

  • Shorten your service
  • Reschedule your appointment
  • Cancel the appointment depending on availability

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may impact future booking availability.

05 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in:

  • Violent or threatening behaviour
  • Harassment or abusive language
  • Racist, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
  • Theft or fraudulent activity
  • Intoxication or unsafe behaviour
  • Disruption of salon operations
  • Violation of salon policies

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.

06 Health & Safety Policy

Client safety is our top priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized according to industry standards. Single-use items are disposed of after each service where applicable.

Service may be refused if:

  • There are visible infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions
  • The service may pose a risk to client or technician safety

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
  • Improper aftercare
  • Services performed by other salons after your appointment

07 Privacy & Check-In Policy

We collect limited personal information for service purposes, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number

This information is used for appointment management, communication, and service records. By providing your information at check-in or booking, you consent to its collection and use for these purposes in accordance with Ontario privacy laws (PIPEDA).

Your information may be stored on servers located in the US. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
